Sr Infrastr Services Mgr

You will be working as a Solution Architect focusing on Infrastructure & Cloud Services in Bangalore. With over 15 years of industry experience in Infrastructure Services, you will be expected to have hands-on technical expertise in Cloud & Datacenter Services. Your role will involve driving technical solutions for new deals related to Infrastructure Services, including major Cloud Hyperscalers and Datacenter Services. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical solutions for RFP/RFI/RFQs and integrated IT Outsourcing pursuits - Leading migration, transformation, and managed services for Datacenter & Cloud - Collaborating with various teams during solution development - Engaging with Analyst Organizations for infrastructure capabilities analysis - Enhancing Infra Delivery productivity through automation and best practices - Participating in technical reviews of Engineering solutions - Strengthening Practice Capabilities through partner evaluation and acquiring new technical skills In terms of technical experience, you should have expertise in designing, planning, and implementing enterprise-grade public cloud-based solutions. You must be well-versed in IT infrastructure components and have experience with Datacenter technologies such as Platform Servers, Storage services, Backup & Recovery, and Database services. Being cloud-agnostic and having hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and OCI is essential. You should have led transformational projects as a technology architect and performed consultative engagements independently. Keeping up with industry trends and customer requirements is crucial for continual service improvement. Your behavioral skills should include effective interpersonal communication, team building, and client relationship management at the executive level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with good people management skills. Having a degree in an IT-related field and an architect certification from at least one public Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP) is necessary for this role.
