Sr. Incentive Analytics Manager

As a part of the Customer Operations team, your role involves closely working with new and existing customers to implement product features, manage platform operations, and optimize clients" sales performance management processes. You will support customers in maximizing the revenue potential of their sales compensation program. Key Responsibilities: - Implement new platform features and manage client processes - Lead onboarding activities, including gathering requirements for incentive compensation plan rules, data analysis, and quality control - Assist ongoing operations for a portfolio of existing customers, implement new features, and support design projects Qualifications Required: - Education or background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, and/or Statistics - Over 6 years of working experience - Experience in working with large datasets (SQL) and understanding of logical structures of databases and workflows - Proficiency in Excel - Analytical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Forma.ai values collaboration, precision, relentlessness, and a customer-centric approach.
