Sr. Graphic & Media Designer

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual assets that align with Rezolve.ai's brand strategy. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver engaging creative content that enhances our brand presence and drives business growth. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership in design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership: Own and evolve Rezolve.ai's visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and product assets.

Creative Design: Develop compelling graphics, illustrations, presentations, social media creatives, website visuals, videos, and marketing collateral.

Social Media Focus:

Design top-notch graphic content for different social media channels (graphics and videos).

Develop fresh concepts based on company goals and current social media trends.

Create engaging videos for digital marketing campaigns.

Work with the marketing team to build a strong social media presence.

Measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions on what can be improved.

Concept Development: Analyze design briefs, outline requirements, and present ideas/drafts to the team.

Consistency: Ensure all graphic elements are aligned in style, colors, and messaging.

Testing: Test graphic and video content across multiple devices and platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and UI needs.

Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a high-quality design culture.

Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design outputs.

Qualifications

4-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (B2B and SaaS experience preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and video content.

Exceptional creative skills with the ability to create unique, impactful content.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.

Excellent video creation/editing skills with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with social media design best practices (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Comfortable with Canva and PowerPoint templates.

Comprehensive understanding of marketing practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
