The Sr. full Stack Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in the development and evolution of our company's software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product development strategies & solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. The Sr. Full stack Tech lead will support the entire product development lifecycle, from discussion product vision, plan the product road map, development cycle and delivery while staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. This role requires a strong technical background in product development. Role & responsibilities Manage a development team that is responsible for all phases of the application development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, review & testing in an environment of diverse and complex development platforms. Lead the design , develop and document software components of scalable and maintainable BI solutions. Own technical change management, source code and technical documentation, utilizing best practices Effectively participate in a team-oriented environment that involves continuous design reviews, code reviews, and collaboration. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure alignment and synergy in product development efforts. Evaluate third-party components, frameworks, and services for inclusion in product architecture. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development and BI teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making. Make recommendations for technology adoption and drive initiatives to modernize and improve existing product architectures. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner. Ensure the accuracy of design and build documentation in Oretas systems, fostering clarity and consistency in operational processes. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a software architect or technical lead, with a strong background in product development with architect level experience. In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices. Experience with modern software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Expert level understanding of ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC) , C# and/or Python programming. Proficient understanding of web verbs, JSON and XML protocols, style sheets, and other web technique. In-depth knowledge of business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and tools. Expert level understanding of APIs including XML or JSON data retrieval, transformation, and storage. Deployment and management of applications in Azure Proficiency in database design, SQL, and data modeling techniques. Working with SQL databases for data and application management. MS SQL Server experience would be highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
