As a Web/Applications Developer with 5 years of experience, your role will involve designing and developing web/applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining web pages, including layout, graphics, and content. Collaborating with other developers, UX designers, and back-end engineers, you will ensure the functionality and visual appeal of the website. It is essential to stay updated with web development trends and best practices to provide a seamless user experience. You will optimize the website/app for various devices and convert mockups into cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript templates. Developing reusable components, frameworks, and libraries, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to UI guidelines are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop web/applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Create and maintain web pages, including layout, graphics, and content. - Collaborate with other developers to ensure functionality and visual appeal. - Work closely with UX designers, web developers, and back-end engineers for seamless user experience. - Stay updated with web development trends and best practices. - Optimize the website/app for various devices. - Convert mockups into cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript templates. - Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries. - Troubleshoot and debug web page issues. - Understand UI guidelines for relevant operating systems and adjust interfaces accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Positive attitude and eagerness to explore and learn. - Strong development experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind. - Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS and Bootstrap. - In-depth understanding of web standards, responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices. - Ability to translate product requirements into functional code. - Ability to estimate the scope of work for sprint planning. - Experience with web development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with teamwork skills.
