• Provide customers advice on alternative design techniques and the implementation of alternative solutions
• Provide information and data on a variety of Xilinx, an AMD company products
• Provide solutions for specific customer needs
• Working on specific tactical projects for key design programs
• Coaching customers on design techniques
• Generating Answer Records?
• Provide input to product development teams
• Handling customer escalations and tactical software patch requests
• Summarizing and providing customer feedback to development teams

• Good in Digital fundamentals, Verilog/VHDL language, Simulation
• Strong expertise in High Speed Serial Communications, Transceivers etc.
• Preferrable hands-on experience on IP, Drivers
• Good exposure to hardware debug tools with Xilinx, an AMD company

• General understanding of FPGA architecture and AMD devices like Ultra Scale , Ultrascale plus, Zynq MPSOC/RFSOC and Versal.

• Prior experience in Serial transceivers and general understanding of SERDES technology

• Fluent with AMD Vivado debug tools like ILA, VIO, IBERT, Eye Scans

• Genral understanding of various GT architectures used across AMD devices like GTH, GTY, GTYP and GTM.

• Good debugging skills and ability to understand different technologies at enhanced pace.

• Preference to be given to candidates with some level of exposure to:
• Ultrascale/Ultrascale+/Zynq/Zynq MPSoC High speed serial IO's, PCIe or High Speed IPs
• Tools: Vivado, SDK, Vitis or equivalent tools for FPGA/SoC hardware design

• 6-7 yrs. with Masters / Bachelor or equivalent in the field of Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
• PG-Diploma in VLSI from a reputed institute/university is a plus.
