Job Description

Role Overview: As a Finance Analyst at our company, your role will involve performing daily transactions following standard operating procedures. You will also be responsible for assisting accountants and property teams with input issues, as well as answering property inquiries through internal systems like Zendesk and Outlook email. It is essential to understand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and procedures. Additionally, you may be required to perform various other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures - Assist accountants and property teams with input issues or problems - Answer property inquiries via internal systems like Zendesk and Outlook email - Understand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and procedures - Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor Qualifications Required: - Basic Accounting Knowledge; domain-specific knowledge is an added advantage - 2-4 years of experience in a Senior Finance Analyst role - Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, is preferred - Good interpersonal skills - Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills - Exposure to ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI, Peoplesoft - B.COM graduate & above preferred Additional Company Details: (Omit as this section is not present in the provided job description),
