Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate material requirements based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and orders, and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely procurement.
  • Monitor order processing status, addressing any delays or shortages by collaborating with assembly, purchasing, and storage teams.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly inventory reports to support effective inventory management.
  • Provide regular updates on order processing status to management.
  • Develop production and dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate current orders to provide accurate delivery dates for new orders.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
  • Manage import purchases, substitutions, and localization efforts.
  • Coordinate the purchase of spare parts and related activities.
