- Communication skills: Proficient in both written and verbal such that is able to tailor
communication as per the target audience.
- Presentation skills: Strong hands-on with presentation software and should be able to
create innovative presentations as per requirements.
- Content creation: Understanding of instructional design principles would be an added
advantage.
- Branding skills: Should have an understanding of maintaining consistency in messaging and
ensuring similar visual identity across all communications and training materials.
- Stakeholder management: Strong organizational skills to coordinate with various
stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, InformationTechnology).
- 1-3 years of experience as a Learning Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)
And Other Training Tools Is Preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
