You are a performance-driven Sr. Executive Digital Marketing / Asst Manager with at least 5 years of experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns. Your expertise lies in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and On-Page SEO. You thrive on data, love improving ROAS, and understand the technical aspects of digital tracking and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. - Set up and manage events and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager. - Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights. - Conduct regular on-page SEO audits and implement changes to improve website visibility and ranking. - Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure an SEO-friendly website structure and landing pages. - A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance. - Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards. - Stay up-to-date with platform updates, ad policies, and digital marketing trends. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles. - Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager and GA4. - Solid grasp of on-page SEO practices and tools (like Google Search Console, SEMrush). - Ability to analyze data and optimize based on insights. - Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
