Description
As a Backend Engineer (.NET), you will have the opportunity to work within the platform engineering team to develop scalable, high-performance, and multi-tenant solutions. Your role will involve enhancing code quality, making critical architecture decisions, and enabling multi-tenant capabilities in a data-driven environment. With over 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development, you will focus on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Your strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core will be crucial for developing RESTful APIs and microservices. You will be responsible for driving code quality by ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Azure is essential for implementing cloud-native and multi-tenant best practices. You will also need hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm. Your strong focus on non-functional requirements (NFRs) will include tenant isolation, security boundaries, performance optimization, scalability across tenants, and comprehensive observability for tenant-specific insights. Implementing unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks will be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in CI/CD automation, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform, Helm, or similar will also be required. For qualifications, you should have a strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and RESTful API development. Experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency control, and event-driven architecture is important. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), performance tuning, security best practices, and observability is also necessary. Exposure to multi-tenant architectures with a strong understanding of NFRs, including tenant isolation strategies, performance profiling, shared vs. isolated resource models, and scalable, resilient design patterns will be beneficial for this role.,
