Sr Engineer - Manual API Testing

As a Quality Engineer at Aristocrat, you will be an integral part of the Customer Experience Solutions team, responsible for testing and certifying Casino Management Software Solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse platforms like desktop, web, mobile, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Your role will involve: - Writing and implementing test cases to ensure complete coverage of the functionality under test. - Building automated test scripts using defined frameworks, mapped to manual test cases. - Reporting issues discovered through manual testing or automated tests and supervising them to closure. - Verifying fixes/new features and analyzing the impact to identify the modules needing regression testing. - Setting up and configuring test environments, fixtures, and games as per test plans or standards. - Building and maintaining Modification Documents for submission to regulators. - Estimating testing tasks for projects. - Building test plans in Team Foundation Server/JIRA and monitoring the progress. - Supporting Accredited Test Facility and Regulators by assisting in testing features and maintaining their test environments. - Identifying potential areas for automation and developing automation scripts. - Identifying and resolving product issues/queries with Engineering, Compliance, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications we are looking for: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in web application testing and API testing. - Proficiency in writing test cases from functional specifications, use cases, and business rules. - Hands-on experience of Behavior Driven Development on Selenium-Cucumber framework. - Experience with SoapUI/Ready API will be a plus. - Experience in writing SQL queries. - Proficiency in communication - both verbal and written. - Experience in Casino Gaming/Digital Gaming will be an advantage. - B.Tech/ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred).
