Role Overview: Join a leading player in the Application Engineering and Technology Consulting sector in India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions - Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and adherence to industry standards - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement - Optimize and refactor existing applications by integrating emerging technologies and best practices - Engage directly with clients on-site to align engineering strategies with business objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Extensive experience in application engineering, development, and software lifecycle management - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python - Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and agile methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage on-site client engagements Additional Details: Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines is preferred. Certifications in application design, project management, or related technical disciplines are a plus.
