Sr. Electrical BIM Modeler

Role Overview: As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining 3D electrical models using BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit. Your role will involve accurately representing electrical systems within various projects. You will collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with architectural and structural components. Additionally, you will perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building elements. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain 3D electrical models using BIM software like Autodesk Revit - Collaborate with the design team to integrate electrical designs with architectural and structural components - Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components - Provide input for design optimization to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of electrical systems - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers to ensure proper alignment of electrical systems within projects - Ensure all BIM processes and electrical designs comply with industry standards and regulations - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM technicians and engineers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a minimum of 2 years experience - Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards Note: This job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work.,
