Sr. Drug Safety Associate- Pharmacovigilance Call Center

Job Description: You will be responsible for handling drug safety activities in the Pharmacovigilance Call Center as a Sr. Drug Safety Associate. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Receive and document incoming calls from healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events and product complaints - Conduct initial assessment of the event or complaint and capture relevant information accurately - Ensure timely reporting of adverse events to regulatory authorities as per the company's procedures - Provide drug safety information to callers and escalate complex cases to appropriate personnel - Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in drug safety/pharmacovigilance - Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that the location for this position is Hyderabad.
