Sr. DevOps Engineer (5+ Years)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at our company based in Mohali, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security automation. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with expertise in AWS and GCP environments, Terraform, and container orchestration technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP using Terraform. You will deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, manage workloads using Helm/ArgoCD, and build secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines. Integrating quality gates in CI/CD processes, ensuring container security standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline DevSecOps culture will be key aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles, proficiency in AWS and GCP, and hands-on expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required. Having industry certifications, understanding compliance frameworks, experience with monitoring tools and logging, and possessing soft skills like strong problem-solving abilities and mentoring capabilities are considered a plus.
