We are currently seeking Frontend Professionals with expertise in the following areas: Sr. Development Manager React-Frontend **Years of Experience:** 10+ **Technologies:** - Front End Technologies - React - Adobe AEM - Java/J2EE - HTML - CSS - Atlassian suite - Continuous deployment and DevOps tools - Git **Responsibilities:** **General:** - Own the delivery of software and technologies for customer experience solutions supporting clients, microsites, and marketing automation. - Lead the customer experience engineering squad. - Manage and oversee the successful delivery of multi-year, multi-phase program-scope, timeline, and quality. - Develop both front-end and back-end technologies. - Review and validate software designs. - Debug code and conduct code reviews. - Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for content technology evolution. - Drive resolution of technology roadblocks in collaboration with technology infrastructure partners and other teams. - Maintain a high standard of technical excellence within the team. **Leadership:** - Foster a business-oriented culture and mindset focused on continual service improvement. - Balance the needs of various business units to create a seamless B2B experience. - Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on industry landscape and technology opportunities. - Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure cost-effective technical solutions align with business needs. **People Management:** - Attract, retain, motivate, and develop talent within the organization. - Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to direct reports. **Skills/Qualifications:** - 10+ years in a software engineering management role within an eCommerce environment. - 5+ years of leading Front End Development teams. - Expert knowledge of React, API technologies, and Java for full stack applications. - Proficiency in front-end standards-compliant HTML/CSS and related technologies. - Experience with Adobe AEM, Cloud solutions, and agile/scrum environments. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
