Sr Designer - UX

As a Technology enthusiast, you will be an integral part of a small, highly visible, tight-knit team, collaborating closely with team leads and architects to achieve common goals. Your primary responsibilities will involve working with Product teams to take ownership of a specific part of the product line, prioritize tasks, and ensure operational excellence of the platform. Your key responsibilities will include capturing and integrating feedback into product updates, creating user flows, wireframes, user interface mockups, and click-through prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing design systems and style guides that are compatible across various platforms, writing design specifications for engineers, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing feedback to the engineering team. You will also be evaluating the usability of features and making constructive suggestions for enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a designer, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or equivalent practical experience. You must have a strong background in Web and Mobile app design, Responsive design across multiple platforms, and ideally some experience in designing for SaaS products. Proficiency in all phases of the design process, including problem understanding, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design, is essential. You should also have experience in uniting cross-functional teams around a design vision and be familiar with tools like Figma or Sketch.
