Sr. Design Manager (Creative Art/Visual Art)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Design Manager with 8-10 years of experience to take on a leadership role in our creative team and contribute to the development of our brand through innovative design. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for driving our brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with Indian millennial moms by delivering visually compelling experiences. Your main duties will include overseeing the entire design process, establishing brand guidelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams to transform strategic objectives into impactful visuals. In addition, you will be in charge of leading campaign shoots, providing guidance to a team of designers, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools is a must, as well as a solid background in branding and visual storytelling.
