Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Analytics & Business Intelligence team within the Global Sales Operations function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data visualization and process automation, with expertise in tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and Power Automate. The candidate should independently take projects from initiation till completion and will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and improve sales operations processes. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Data Visualization: Data Modeling: Process Automation: Analytics & Insights: Collaboration & Communication: Skills and experience Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, with a strong focus on data visualization, modeling, and process automation. Experience in sales operations or related business functions is highly desirable. Technical Skills : Data Modeling : Strong expertise in SQL for querying and managing relational databases, and Python for data analysis and automation. Data Visualization : Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, including dashboard design, report creation, and visual storytelling. Process Automation : Proficiency in Power Query and Power Automate to streamline data processes and workflows. ETL Processes : Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, including working with APIs and integrating various data sources. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BI tools and advanced data modeling tools is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and key sales metrics. Educational Requirements: Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
