Job Description

As a Data Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures. Your responsibilities will include: - Integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple sources. - Collaborating with data scientists to deploy and optimize ML models in production. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows. - Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with security standards. - Developing automated data validation and cleansing processes. - Mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in data engineering and ML Ops. - Staying updated on big data, cloud, and AI technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data science roles. - Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with Spark/Hadoop. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, and stream processing. - Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Understanding of model lifecycle management and ML Ops. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
