Sr. Data Science Developer

Role Overview: As a Data Science Developer, your role will involve formulating, suggesting, and managing data-driven projects to further the business's interests. You will be responsible for collating and cleaning data from various entities, delegating tasks to junior data scientists, monitoring their performance, and providing practical guidance. Additionally, you will select and employ advanced statistical procedures to obtain actionable insights, cross-validate models, produce non-technical reports, and suggest ways to inform business strategies based on insights obtained. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate, suggest, and manage data-driven projects. - Collate and clean data for later use by junior data scientists. - Delegate tasks to junior data scientists for project completion. - Monitor and provide practical guidance to junior data scientists. - Select and employ advanced statistical procedures for insights. - Cross-validate models for generalizability. - Produce non-technical reports detailing project successes and limitations. - Suggest ways to inform business strategies with insights. - Stay informed about developments in Data Science and related fields. Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or similar field. - Extensive experience as a data scientist. - Proficiency in Python, Numpy, Panda, Scikit Learn, SQL Stream, or similar AWS services. - In-depth understanding of SQL. - Competency in machine learning principles and techniques. - Demonstrable history of devising and overseeing data-centered projects. - Outstanding supervision and mentorship abilities. - Capacity to foster a healthy work environment that harnesses teamwork. - Compliance with prevailing ethical standards.,
