Sr. Data Analytics Lead

As a Senior Data Analytics Lead at Adient, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing Adient's data and analytics foundation. Your role will directly impact internal business units and consumers by leveraging data to optimize business opportunities. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects, applying analytical techniques to solve complex problems, and driving scalable cloud data architectures. Additionally, you will deliver data products to improve decision-making processes throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will also include providing technical support for internal analytics applications and leading a team of developers. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in SQL, cloud-based technologies, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities. Key Responsibilities: - Own projects end-to-end, from conception to operationalization - Utilize various analytical techniques to solve complex problems - Drive scalable cloud data architectures - Deliver data products to enhance decision making - Provide technical support for released internal analytics applications - Lead development and execution of reporting and analytics products - Hire, develop, and evolve the Analytics team - Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Data Engineers, and Visualization Developers - Translate complex business problem statements into analysis requirements - Develop SQL queries and data visualizations using tools such as PowerBI - Thoroughly document business requirements, data architecture solutions, and processes - Serve as a domain specialist on data and business processes Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 8+ years of experience in data engineering, computer science, or statistics - 2+ years of experience in leadership/management - Proficiency in SQL, Azure, Snowflake, and PowerBI - Experience in developing Big Data cloud-based applications - Familiarity with Azure connectors and Snowflake data warehousing - Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi-functional teams - Extensive experience in data architecture and data visualization techniques - Experience with Kimball analytical data models - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Preferred: - Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse and Azure PaaS services - Proficiency in TSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake SQL, Oracle SQL - Experience with Databricks, ADLS Gen2, and Azure VNet private endpoints - Proficiency in Spark and Python - MS Azure and Snowflake Certifications - Experience with AWS and other leading commercial Cloud platforms - Candidate residing in the Plymouth MI area Location: Pune Tech Center (Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
