Sr. Data Analyst - F&B Industry

As a Sr. Data Analyst at Ghost Kitchens India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve owning analytics and performance insights across major food delivery aggregators such as Zomato, Swiggy, and Magicpin. Your responsibilities will include enabling revenue growth, operational excellence, and marketplace expansion through advanced data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales, visibility, and funnel metrics across aggregators to uncover growth opportunities and enhance channel performance. - Build dashboards, automate reports, and provide insights to guide strategic and operational decisions in various markets. - Monitor key operational metrics (KPT, MFRA, SLAs, rejections, delays) to identify root causes and improvement pathways. - Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and category insights to optimize listings and marketplace presence. - Assist in new COCO store launches and strategic projects by utilizing financial modeling, demand forecasting, and performance tracking. - Drive cost and margin analytics to optimize food costs, discount ROI, and channel profitability. - Enhance catalog health, brand pages, and content accuracy through data-led experimentation and A/B insights. - Collaborate with Operations, Category, Growth, and Founding Teams to translate data into high-impact business actions. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker). - Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or aggregator analytics is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. - A strong bias for ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.,
