Sr. Consultant - SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)

YASH Technologies is seeking SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Professionals with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess extensive functional configuration experience for Time Eval for the US, as well as experience in HCM/HR modules. Strong communication skills are essential for eliciting requirements from business users and collaborating with various functional and technical teams. The primary responsibilities of this role include Time Approval (MSS Workflow) and Portal Troubleshooting, CATS Time Entry (ESS and backend), Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Schemas & PCR's.
