Sr Civil Infrastructural Design Engineer/Manager

Role Overview: As a Structural Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in software tools such as STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD for tasks like reinforced concrete design and structural analysis. Your proficiency in steel design and cost estimation will be crucial for delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tender stage design services by defining the scope of work and gathering necessary design parameters as per the tender requirements. - Coordinate the appointment of investigation and survey agencies for data collection. - Develop design approach notes, assumptions, and calculations to support the tender stage design process. - Create General Arrangement drawings for tender submissions. - Execute design services during the contract stage by aligning with the contract scope of work and design parameters. - Prepare GFC drawings, BOQ, and quantity summary sheets as part of the contract deliverables. - Engage in design discussions, modifications, and reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements. - Undertake DDC services as per contract documents and provide pre-bid design services as per tender requirements. - Ensure timely completion of tasks, gather client feedback, and strive to minimize design revisions. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools. - Strong background in reinforced concrete design, structural analysis, and steel design. - Experience in cost estimation and structural engineering. - Effective team leadership skills for coordinating with various stakeholders. - Ability to provide guidance to design engineers and review design and drawing output effectively.,
