You are Zoetis, a leading manufacturer of Animal Health products and services across the full care spectrum. The Zoetis Tech and Digital (ZTD) organization is evolving to offer top-tier solutions to a rapidly growing business landscape. As a Senior Business Analyst - Digital Customer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our Digital Customer Experience platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leveraging your expertise in the web Digital Customer Experience domain to deliver effective solutions for Zoetis. - Collaborating closely with external service providers, Zoetis ITS, and Zoetis Business to implement Digital Customer Experience applications globally. - Defining necessary policies, procedures, and standards to uphold a cohesive global Digital Customer Experience applications environment. - Providing Business as Usual support for Digital Customer Experience applications, encompassing break fixes and change requests. - Engaging with various functions" representatives to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration and consistency. - Developing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solution enhancements to elevate stability, usability, and functionality for end users in alignment with business goals. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience in web development. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in requirements gathering within the Digital Customer Experience realm. - SCRUM certification is desirable. - Ability to thrive in a globally distributed setting. - Proven track record of delivering in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. - Proficiency in comprehending customer challenges, navigating to resolutions, and effectively communicating processes and solutions. - Demonstrated ease in engaging with personnel at all organizational levels. - Familiarity with work management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow is advantageous. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in strategizing and implementing Headless CMS Capabilities. - Experience in managing multiple CMS platforms is a plus. - Advanced knowledge of Spring frameworks, Akamai, and API Gateway Frameworks. - Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced Scrum environments. - Experience collaborating with stakeholders from business, marketing, and editorial teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
