About the Role

Shiksolve Education is looking for a target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in selling UG/PG Online and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for UG/PG Online and ODL programmes.
• Counsel students and working professionals on suitable university programmes.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to application and enrolment.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programmes.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive counselling experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in EdTech sales specifically for UG/PG Online or Distance Learning (ODL) programmes is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of online university admissions and programme offerings.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
• Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
