Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable and robust mobile applications, you will be responsible for architecting and developing full-stack mobile solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise in backend integration using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, and AWS cloud services will play a critical role in the development process. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop them in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product component and feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives, integrating and commissioning the overall solution - Select and create appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement within the project teams - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback to FAST goals of team members - Define coding standards, templates, and checklists - Review code for the team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development - Create/review deliverable documents and design documentation - Define and govern configuration management plan and ensure compliance from the team - Review/create unit test cases scenarios and execution - Review test plan created by the testing team and provide clarifications - Advise software developers on design and development with deeper understanding of the business problem - Support Project Manager with inputs for the projects, manage delivery of modules, and complex user stories - Perform defect RCA and mitigation, identify defect trends, and take proactive measures to improve quality - Create and provide input for effort and size estimation, and plan resources for projects - Consume and contribute to project-related documents, share point libraries, and client universities - Execute and monitor release process - Contribute to creation of design/architecture for applications, features, business components, and data models - Clarify requirements, provide guidance to the Development Team, present design options to customers, and conduct product demos - Set FAST goals, provide feedback, understand aspirations of the team members, ensure team members are upskilled, engaged, and identify attrition risks - Obtain relevant domain and technology certifications Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in backend integration using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, and AWS cloud services - Hands-on experience in building and maintaining backend services - Practical knowledge in containerization and managing environments for development and deployment - Experience using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) to support mobile applications - Experience with React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter (Preferred) - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices - Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
