Sr. Automation Quality Engineer

As an Automation Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software through the development and execution of test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to support Agile methodology. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant field and possess at least 4 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance. Your role will involve working with various test cycles including Unit, Regression, Functional, System, Smoke, Sanity, and Non-Functional Testing. It is essential to have a strong understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and hands-on experience in Selenium Automation with Java. Additionally, familiarity with automation frameworks like TestNG, Cucumber, and non-functional testing tools such as JMeter and Load Runner is required. Experience in DeVops tools like Jenkins CI/CD pipeline integration, GitHub, and Gitlab will be beneficial for this role. Effective communication skills are also important for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Desirable skills include knowledge of Cypress with JavaScript, hands-on experience in Docker Implementation for Selenium Automation Framework, Rest APIs testing using tools like Postman/Rest Assured, and a good understanding of SQL/MySQL queries.
