Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Conduct daily rounds, monitor vital signs, and order medications as needed.
Perform procedures such as intubation, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
MD Anaesthesia & Critical Care or equivalent qualification.
0-5 years of experience in critical care medicine (ICU).
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, critical care principles, and ICU protocols.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
