You will be working as a Senior Associate- Gen AI & Python at a global consulting firm, Spectral Consultant, located in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain advanced internal tools using Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning to support consulting teams in delivering actionable insights. This is a high-impact role that involves leveraging technology to automate processes and improve efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based tools and applications. - Utilize Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning to automate and enhance processes. - Create internal web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Streamlit. - Assist in analytics projects to generate actionable insights for clients. - Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency through technological advancements. - Effectively communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech from top-tier colleges is preferred. - Graduates with 5-7 years of experience and postgraduates with 3-5 years of experience. - Strong expertise in Python programming (4+ years). - Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Machine Learning is desirable. - Advanced knowledge of database design and familiarity with Azure/AWS servers is preferred. - Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders effectively.,
