Sr. AR Follow Up Analyst

You should be a Graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in AR follow-up for a US Health Care / Revenue Cycle Management company. Previous knowledge of Hospital Billing and the EPIC system would be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include working on OLD AR and collecting outstanding amounts, as well as publishing a daily report to track Denials, Rejections, Failures, and inactive AR to ensure timely completion. Continuous development is expected to become an expert in client knowledge, specialties, and PM systems. Effective communication skills are important, both verbal and written. You should be able to provide clarification, respond to questions, and actively participate in meetings. Adherence to policies and procedures, timely task completion, and support for organizational goals are crucial. Following instructions, responding to management direction, taking responsibility for your actions, and fulfilling commitments are key aspects of this role. You should be able to handle pressure well, treat others with respect, and follow through on commitments regardless of status or position.
