Job Description

Skills: Ability to triage, manage and resolve technical issues. Working knowledge of cross cutting technologies (Java, microservices, Tanzu / Kubernetes, Kafka, DataStage, MarkLogic, Oracle, SQL). Experience of technical working practices (DevOps CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of distributed tracing, Kibana & Dynatrace dashboarding, Power BI). Experience in utilizing and performing minor developments to existing support scripts. Working knowledge of Service-Now version Vancouver or later Strong verbal communication skills. Detail Oriented Self-organizing and able to act under own initiative. Collaborate Participate in and be the voice of support in program increment planning and prioritization sessions when needed.
