Sr. Analyst - Web Designer

As an experienced UI/UX Designer at Lennox, you will utilize your expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create industry-leading climate-control solutions for our residential and commercial customers. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights, staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies, and analyzing user feedback to continuously enhance design processes and outputs. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, effectively communicating interaction and design ideas. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to deliver user-centered design solutions. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and present and defend design decisions based on design principles and user research. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms, staying updated with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our design standards are current. Visual consistency is crucial as you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual language across all digital platforms, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed. You will also design custom icons and illustrations to enhance user experience and communicate complex concepts effectively. Additionally, you will adapt designs for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetics across platforms.
