Sr Analyst - SAP BODS Development

About the role: You will be responsible for SAP BODS Support and Development projects, including requirements analysis, conception, and implementation of solutions as per requirements. Working closely with various cross-functional teams, you will develop solutions related to BODS. Your tasks will involve architecting, developing, and maintaining BODS jobs, designing complex dataflows and workflows. It is your responsibility to ensure timely delivery from offshore, meeting schedules, adhering to the scope, and implementing industry best practices and quality standards. About you: You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in working with an offshore/onsite model is essential. Your capability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a clear, logical, and impactful manner is crucial. Working effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds in a virtual collaboration environment and demonstrating problem-solving skills are key aspects of this role. Your experience includes: Having substantial development experience in SAP BODS tool and expertise in designing and developing ETL dataflows and jobs. Experience in data integration from both SAP and non-SAP systems to SAP BW4HANA and Enterprise HANA using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS). Proficiency in delta data processing concepts and familiarity with various Data Services transformations like Map Operation, Table Comparison, Row-Generation, etc. Experience in integrating non-SAP/Cloud systems with SAP BW4HANA using Data Services, along with proficiency in SQL/PLSQL. Additional experience in BODS administration, SAP BW knowledge, and exposure to SDI/SDA/Informatica will be advantageous. Location: The role is based at our site in Pune, Brandview, India.
