Sr Analyst Product Management

As a Product Manager at Archer, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the execution of key components of the Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Platform. Your innovative thinking and ability to translate market requirements into successful products will be essential for this role. You will work closely with engineering teams, user experience designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap is executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various teams to drive successful execution against the product roadmap. - Break down market problems into user stories, prioritize tasks, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful execution. - Conduct system and market research to understand customer problems and propose effective solutions. Qualifications: - Ability to execute tactically and drive results. - Proficient in translating customer use cases into product requirements. - Experience in Agile development methodologies as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for complex Enterprise software/SaaS projects. - Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills. - Excellent written, presentation, speaking, and listening skills. Experience Required: - 2+ years of Business Analysis or Product Management experience in SaaS/Enterprise software development. - Proficiency in large-scale Agile development with hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. - Additional experience in customer-facing roles like business analysis, professional services, or sales engineering is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent; MBA is advantageous.
