Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head with 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of advanced accounting concepts, day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, and overall business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle advanced-level accounting and financial activities independently.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Manage high-volume/aggressive business transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle GST, TDS, VAT filings, returns, reconciliations, and related statutory compliance.
• Perform GST/TDS reconciliation and ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Manage bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Maintain proper bookkeeping and accounting documentation.
• Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and related accounting entries.
• Manage and record all business-related financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and other accounting statements as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Perform other day-to-day accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Graduation, Masters in Account or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of advanced accounting principles and practices.
• Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP, or any other recognized accounting/ERP system.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT, invoicing, taxation, and statutory filings.
• Excellent knowledge of ledger maintenance, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Experience in payroll processing and salary-related accounting.
• Ability to independently manage high-volume business transactions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting-related reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet accounting and statutory deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
