Department: Operations Role Overview: This role involves supporting client onboarding and Wealth Management operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with KYC verification, coordinating with RTAs for transaction updates, and processing SIPs, lump sums, and redemptions. The role also includes maintaining records, preparing MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks. The position is well-suited for individuals with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a basic understanding of mutual funds and investment products. Responsibilities: Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in KYC verification and client onboarding processes 2. Support the advisor/relationship manager in processing SIP, lump sum, and redemptions transactions 3. Coordinate with RTA platforms (e.g., CAMS, KFinTech) for transaction updates 4. Handle data entry, file organization, and MIS reporting using Excel and Google Sheets 5. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all operational tasks Skills Required: English Proficiency (Spoken & Written) Financial Markets MS Excel Operations Management Multi-Tasking Organizational and Analytical Skills Attention to Details Understanding of social media platforms will be an advantage. Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance or related fields NISM Series V: Mutual Fund Distributor Certification will be an added advantage
