Role & Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms (Android/iOS). Create wireframes, user flows, UI mockups , and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with product managers, developers , and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging design solutions. Ensure visual consistency , responsive layouts, and accessibility across devices and screen sizes. Conduct usability testing , gather user feedback, and iterate on designs based on analytics and user behavior. Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component libraries to drive consistency and scalability. Stay up-to-date with current UI/UX trends, design systems, and interaction models, particularly in e-commerce and B2C applications. Contribute to Agile/Scrum teams , participate in design reviews, and support developers during implementation. Technical Requirements Design Tools (Must-Have) Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch for UI design and prototyping InVision / Zeplin – for interactive mockups and developer handoff Frontend Technologies (Preferred, Not Mandatory) HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript – to understand implementation feasibility Responsive design principles (mobile-first, flexbox/grid layouts) Familiarity with modern frameworks like React.js or Vue.js is a plus Mobile & Web Design Standards Deep understanding of Material Design , iOS Human Interface Guidelines Experience with both native mobile app and responsive web UI design Knowledge of component-based design systems UX & Analytics Tools (Preferred) UX research and usability testing methods Tools like Hotjar , Google Analytics , Mixpanel for behavior insights
