About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Executives to join our U.S. Tax Consultancy Team . The role involves communicating with clients based in the United States, assisting them with tax filing processes, gathering required information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. If you are fluent in English, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and enjoy helping clients, we'd love to hear from you! Salary: 15,000 per Month fixed with Bonus based on Performance and Targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and inbound calls to U.S. clients regarding tax filing and related services. Collect and verify client information for income tax returns. Explain tax procedures and service offerings clearly and professionally. Handle client queries and follow up on pending documents or details. Maintain call records and update client databases accurately. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Required Skills: Excellent spoken English and clear communication. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills . Basic understanding of U.S. tax season (preferred but not mandatory) . Ability to work independently with a positive attitude. Comfortable working in night shifts (for U.S. time zone).
