SQL Support

Role Overview: As a SQL Support in Bangalore (WFO) with a shift timing of US Shift (5.30 PM - 2.30 AM), your main responsibility will be to provide support and expertise in T-SQL. You will be involved in developing, implementing, debugging, and optimizing procedures and functions. Additionally, you will be analyzing existing SQL procedures, functions, and queries to resolve issues and suggest performance improvements. Preparing scripts and procedures for issue fixes, as well as utilizing SQL Profiler and traces will also be part of your tasks. Effective communication and customer understanding will be essential for this role, with customer support skills considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in T-SQL. - Developing, implementing, debugging, and optimizing procedures and functions. - Debugging and analyzing existing SQL procedures, functions, and queries to resolve issues and suggest performance improvements. - Preparing scripts and procedures for issue fixes. - Working experience on SQL Profiler and traces. - Effective communication and customer understanding with customer support role as an added advantage. Qualifications Required: - Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MSc/MCA. - Experience: 7-10 years. - Mandatory skills in TSQL, Profiler, and Stored Procedure.,
