Responsibilities Lead the sales team. Track daily progress and targets. Make and review daily/weekly trackers in Excel. Use Marg ERP (or similar) for billing, stock updates, batch/expiry, and reports. Create GST invoices, purchase bills, and handle returns in Marg. Maintain filing system, bill updates, and stock checks. Communicate with B2B and B2C customers for Ayurvedic products. Email manufacturers for purchase orders and follow-ups. Share updates with the team by calls/email and ensure data is up to date. Requirements 2–3 years of sales experience. Pharma/Ayurvedic preferred. Hands-on with Marg ERP (or similar billing/inventory software). Strong computer skills: Excel, email, Google/Office tools. Basic, clear English for professional emails and calls. Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of systems.
