Role Description This is a full-time Senior Merchandiser role located on-site in Moradabad. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing day-to-day merchandising operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring timely delivery of products, and overseeing inventory management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that the quality standards are consistently met. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Retail management Knowledge of Marketing strategies and trends Proven ability to manage and organize inventory Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
