The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and school policies. Tasks will include handling accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, budget preparation, and performing financial analysis to support decision-making. The Accountant will also coordinate with auditors and assist in tax preparation and filing. Qualifications Experience in financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable Skills in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports Proficiency in budget preparation and financial analysis Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance Experience with payroll processing Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
