Responsibilities Work with team to design algorithms and flowcharts Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications Integrate software components and third-party programs Verify and deploy programs and systems Troubleshoot, Monitor, debug and upgrade existing software Gather and evaluate user feedback Recommend and execute improvements Look for improvement in engineering efficiency Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Keep abreast of developments in the field Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree from top-tier institutes 2+ years of experience as a Backend Software Developer Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms Ability to write robust code in Java Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail
