Job Description Shopify and Amazon Senior Associate- The E-Commerce Associate will support the day-to-day management of SpreadHome’s Shopify, Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxe store (and any additional portals the company expands into). This role focuses on product listings, image and content uploads, routine site maintenance, and implementation of design or functional changes to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate has extensive experience on Shopify/Amazon, and is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and images, and enjoys optimizing e-commerce workflows. Key Responsibilities Shopify expertise, with 3-4 years of experience in shopify Apps/Plug Ins/Theme Editing/Analytics Fluency/Product Listing Upload and update product information, images, videos, and meta details on Shopify/Aamzon/Tata Cliq Luxe. Maintain accurate product catalogs, collections, tags, and inventory visibility on Shopify/Amaazon/Tata Cliq Luxe Edit, resize, and optimize product photos or banners (basic image editing) for Shopify store Support website changes: add/remove sections, update landing pages, refresh banners and copy. Liaise with marketing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure timely launches and accurate content. Conduct regular QA checks for broken links, pricing errors, or layout issues. Track and report on product availability, listing quality, and merchandising gaps. Assist with Shopify apps/plugins, troubleshooting, and basic theme customizations (no deep coding required). Stay updated on Shopify/Amazon/Tata Cliq Luxe features, apps, and best practices to recommend improvements.
Job Summary:- We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our logistics operations by maintaining daily courier records, preparing envelope manually and scanning/uploading bilty documents. The candidate will be responsible for data accuracy, timely report generation, and coordination with the dispatch/courier team to ensure smooth shipment tracking and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update daily-wise courier details in Excel. Prepare envelope (Invoice) for daily dispatch. Scan, organize, and upload bilty/waybill documents into Files and system folders. Maintain accurate and timely courier shipment records. Coordinate with warehouse & dispatch teams for daily shipments. Cross-check shipment data with courier partners and resolve discrepancies. Generate daily MIS reports and share with management. Track delivery status & escalate delays when required. Maintain files and documentation as per audit and compliance standards. Skills & Qualifications:- 1–3 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or data handling roles. Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic formulas). Knowledge of courier systems/MIS process is a plus. Good communication & coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with strict timelines.
