We are looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our ceramic manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality spray finishes on ceramic pots, vases, planters, and home décor items using spray guns and compressors.

Key Responsibilities

• Spray painting ceramic products with smooth and even finish
• Mixing and preparing paints, thinners & coatings
• Handling spray gun, compressor, and painting booth area
• Applying primer, base coat, and top finish
• Maintaining quality control and minimizing paint wastage
• Cleaning equipment and following daily maintenance
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workspace

Required Skills

• Experience in spray painting (ceramic/wood/metal/automotive)
• Knowledge of paint mixing ratios
• Ability to produce neat and consistent finish
• Understanding of compressor pressure settings
• Ability to work fast with good quality output

Experience

• 1–4 years
• Freshers with good spray skills are also welcome
• Furniture/automotive painters can be trained

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,333.41 - ₹13,500.00 per month
