Spray Painter – Aerospace

To perform high-quality spray painting of aerospace components as per NADCAP-approved procedures and customer specifications, ensuring proper surface preparation, coating, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out spray painting operations on aerospace parts as per job instructions and approved process sheets.
• Follow NADCAP-certified special process standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, or applying primers as required.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings accurately using prescribed ratios and techniques.
• Ensure correct use of spray guns, painting booths, and other equipment.
• Check paint thickness, finish quality, and visual appearance as per inspection standards.
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure work area cleanliness and safety.
• Record process details and maintain job documentation as per quality requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Spray Painter, preferably in Aerospace / Precision Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
