Job Responsibilities

· Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling, sanding, and smoothing to ensure proper paint adhesion.

· Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns, airbrushes, and related equipment according to project requirements.

· Maintain spray painting equipment and ensure a safe, clean working environment.

· Work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality signage, displays, and advertising materials.

· Assist in designing and producing creative signage, sometimes using stencils and specialty techniques.

· Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in signage, fabrication, or advertising industry.

· Knowledge of different paints, finishes, and spraying techniques.

· Attention to detail and ability to follow design/technical specifications.

· Physical stamina and willingness to handle workshop-related tasks.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in signage/advertising projects.

· Familiarity with safety standards and handling painting equipment.
